  • Receiving bribes and inappropriate benefits/entertainments from internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Abuse of official authority for personal gains
  • Causing economic and financial damage to the company with improper or illicit means and intentions
  • Providing economic benefits to counterparties in a transaction for any improper/illicit purpose
  • Unlawful behaviors in transactions
  • Other unethical behaviors or misconducts in general

How to Treat Your Reporting

  • In principle, the reporter should disclose his/her identity with real name for the report to be processed. However, in case of anonymous reporting, we may still proceed to our investigation only if the report contains sufficiently clear and ascertainable facts.
  • Report containing slander and/or false accusations for personal purposes may be denied.
  • Customer complaints including after-sales services shall be reported to the relevant affiliate's Customer Support Department on the Customer Complaints menu on the website.(View details)
